Getting fit

The Credit Crunch has reached the gyms in Heidelberg: someone could not pay himself or herself a thick jumper and it was soooo freezing outside that they had to steal mine. Nice, huh? Very. Another one was even poorer and could not buy himself or herself a pair of jeans and a shirt and had to steal a friend's clothes. Even better, huh?

Let's not think about that anymore. However, I cannot hide my disappointment. It didn't cross my mind that such stupid things could actually happen in a place like the univeristy gym. And we are talking about Heidelberg, mind.

Anyway.

That was crazy. Was it "Body Pump"? I already forgot the activity we took part in, but it was completely madness for my body (which is not, let me remember you, what could be called extremely fit). Push-ups are definitely not my thing. Moreover, the pain I feel since Monday because of BauchBeinePo in my knees and -leaving political correctness aside- in my ass wasn't over yet and I'm afraid tomorrow I'll have to sit on a rubber ring during the German course. Will Herr Ruhm ask me to tell him the reason -in passive and using two prepositions plus two Nebensätze- why I will be seating on it?

I got my room painted. Plain white. Blank. Ok, no problem: my Lost in Translation poster is already on the wall and more pictures are already ready. I am quite happy with my room (let alone the little big incident with a huge spider) and I have only identified one problem so far: it is humid and I cannot stand humidity. It's ok as long as you don't hang the washed laundry, because then it takes ages for it to get dry.

More upgrades about my life in Heidelberg are coming up.

PD Segueixo amb la conexió molt malament...damn it!
